Located in the Frederick Natural Health Center, it is an oasis of peace and tranquility. My mission is to provide exceptional manual and energetic therapies. Although I am classically trained in the art of massage therapy, my approach to bodywork has evolved into a unique style that is both therapeutic and relaxing. Building on traditional modalities such as Swedish and deep tissue, I also offer targeted therapeutic massage for acute and chronic pain and prenatal massage. Every session begins with a thorough intake and assessment, so your treatment plan is built around your body and your goals. I also offer energy work, beginning with Reiki, a Japanese laying-on-of-hands technique in which universal life force energy is channeled by the practitioner on behalf of the client. For those who want to go deeper, I offer Energy Work + Channeling and Energy Work + Channeling + Energy Manipulation. You can also combine massage and Reiki in one session to unite the manual with the energetic. https://www.serenityspacefrederick.com/practioners daily 0.75 2021-07-11 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5fff8fdeebc4a249bd3aa522/1610585260424-J9N07ISUFA9E96B7HHY3/image-asset.jpeg Practioners - Elizabeth (Liz) Guffey Tobias Keene, D.D.S.
