Reiki and Energy Work
Quiet the mind, slow the breath, and give yourself time to focus on your energetic body. With intention and attention, I hold space for you as Universal energy flows through. Choose the level of support that feels right for you.
Energy + Channeling (Tier 2)
I work with your energetic body to balance your energy centers and restore a sense of flow. Channeling is the practice of locating what I perceive and receive during the session and bringing clarity to it, so you leave with insight into what your energy is holding and what it needs. Ideal if you're feeling scattered or seeking direction.
60 min ~$125
90 min ~$155
Reiki (Tier 1)
Through the gentle laying of hands, I channel Reiki energy to promote deep calm and a sense of balance. Rest, breathe, and let the energy flow.
30 min ~ $55
60 min ~$105
90 min ~$135
Energy Manipulation (Tier 3)
My most intentional level of care. I channel, address, and work with you to move energies that no longer serve you, that are holding you back, and that you’re ready to release. I then direct and guide those energies through and out of the body with focused hand and breath work. Your intention, focus, and involvement are the main tools in this process. Suited to those seeking a deeper release and a more active, guided experience
60 min ~$145
90 min ~$175
